The Career Tune-Up is a division of Raven Lee Consulting, LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through thecareertuneup.com and how we use it.
What we collect
When you request a resource, join an interest list, or join a coaching priority waitlist, we collect the information you enter in the form: your first name and email address, and, for waitlists, your anticipated timeline. We also record which form you used.
How we use it
- To send you the resource or notice you requested.
- To contact you about coaching availability if you joined a priority waitlist.
- To send career and leadership insights, resources, and updates from The Career Tune-Up. You can unsubscribe from these at any time.
Requesting a resource does not add you to a coaching waitlist, and joining a waitlist is not a commitment to purchase services.
Who processes your information
Our email list and signup forms are managed by MailerLite, which stores and processes this information on our behalf. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Your choices
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to update or delete your information at any time by emailing raven@thecareertuneup.com.
