With a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and over a decade of experience across technology and transportation sectors, Raven has led at the highest levels of HR and organizational leadership. In her role as Vice President of Human Resources for a global transportation company, she oversaw Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, DE&I, Employee Experience, and organizational transformation initiatives—driving cultural change, strengthening leadership capability, and improving performance across complex systems.

Raven founded Raven Lee Consulting, where she partners with organizations to create people-first cultures that prioritize emotional health, accountability, and sustainable performance. Her work is grounded in the belief that when people feel valued, supported, and aligned, organizations operate at their best.
